THE ARGENTINE EXPERIENCE
BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA
This immersive culinary experience delivers a complete introduction to Argentina in just three hours. Operating since 2011, receiving thousands of cruise guests each season, it has proudly become the country’s most popular culinary shore excursion.
Guests are guided through Argentine customs, food, wine, and traditions in a fully interactive, participatory format, learning, tasting, and creating alongside charismatic local hosts. From empanada-making and mate rituals to Argentine hand gestures and cultural storytelling, every element is designed to be hands-on and interactive, and to prepare guests to fully enjoy the rest of their stay in Argentina.

THE THAI EXPERIENCE
KOH SAMUI, THAILAND
Building on the success of our Argentine flagship, this was the second concept in our immersive, country focused culinary experience range, reimagining the same interactive format through the lens of Thai cuisine and culture.
During this three hour experience, guests are guided through Thai customs, flavors, and traditions in a fully interactive, participatory format, learning, tasting, and creating alongside charismatic local hosts. From street food classics and creating signature Thai sauces and pastes to dining etiquette, language tips, and cultural storytelling, every element is designed to be hands on and interactive,, to prepare guests to fully enjoy the rest of their stay in Thailand.

TRAVELLERS TABLE
PLAYA DEL CARMEN, MEXICO
Another highly popular cruise-ship shore experience in Mexico, this immersive culinary concept delivers a tasting menu journey showcasing the evolution of the local gastronomy from the time of the Mayans to the present day, highlighting the various cooking techniques and products brought over by various international influences over the centuries.
The experience held the number-one TripAdvisor ranking in the region for more than three consecutive years and has been paused following the sale of the travel company it was created for, as the concept now seeks a new location and operating partner.

DAY OF THE DEAD
FROM CONCEPT TO CREATION
We later expanded into limited run pop up productions, including a Day of the Dead dining experience created in Oaxaca, Mexico, transforming a boutique hotel into a richly atmospheric celebration of Mexican ritual, symbolism, and gastronomy.
Guests were welcomed into candlelit spaces filled with floral altars, fruit offerings, skeleton sculptures, and ceremonial décor, hosted by an in character skeletal master of ceremonies in a red tuxedo. The evening featured a theatrical tasting menu, personalized costumes, professional makeup artists, and a smoke infused cocktail ritual using smoldering charcoal, creating a dramatic sensory opening to the experience.

Leon is a global hospitality entrepreneur who has spent over 15 years creating immersive dining and travel concepts for luxury travellers, cruise guests, and destination developers worldwide.
He has designed experiences across more than 35 countries, including multiple award-winning concepts, welcoming hundreds of thousands of guests ranging from high-end boutique concepts to large-scale visitor attractions.
His current portfolio spans private islands, resorts, tourism authorities, and leading travel companies, while he is actively pursuing cruise line partnerships to bring this next generation of immersive experiences onboard.

CO-FOUNDER & CULINARY STORYTELLER
Lara, Founder & Creative Director of Euphoria, is a renowned chef taking an unapologetically imaginative approach to fine dining.
Formed in some of the most elite Michelin starred kitchens, she has carved a distinctive identity at the crossroads of gastronomy, performance, and surrealist design, curating immersive experiences where food and theatre exist as one.
Her signature lies in culinary storytelling , creating symbolic and thought-provoking dishes that marry haute cuisine with avant-garde art.
Her work has been showcased on Netflix’s Five Star Chef and other international TV capturing a global audience.
Beyond Euphoria’s catering and bespoke event services, Lara’s portfolio includes A-list consultancies for ultra-luxury brands, celebrities and The West End.
