Lara is the Founder & Creative Director
of Euphoria, bringing an unapologetically
imaginative approach to fine dining.
Trained in Michelin-starred kitchens, she
works at the intersection of gastronomy,
performance and surrealist design. Her
signature is culinary storytelling: symbolic,
thought-provoking dishes that unite haute
cuisine with avant-garde art.
Her work has featured on Netflix's Five Star
Chef and international television. Alongside
Euphoria's bespoke dining experiences
and events, her portfolio includes
consultancy for luxury brands, celebrities
and West End productions.
Leon Lightman
Leon is an architect of immersive dining
experiences, with more than 20 years of
work spanning 35 countries.
Storytelling through food is his signature.
He builds narratives guests step inside, turning
diners from observers into participants.
His portfolio spans everything from
The Argentine Experience, one of Argentina’s
leading destination dining concepts, to
creating bespoke culinary experiences for
visiting heads of state and dignitaries with
Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Culture.
Alongside his own ventures, Leon consults for
leading hotels, destinations and hospitality
brands worldwide. His latest project brings
Viking legends and Nordic folklore to the
dining table in Norway.
